This plan gets extra channels WCBS is currently using channel 3 at 6 megs giving them 2 channels so now they would have 2 8 meg channels. Email your thoughts to Bob@NYFCC.Net Ch 10 is wider yet still uses only the lower portion because of interference caused by Verizion making part of this channel unusable
