On August 31, 2015, the FCC granted Globalstar an Experimental Radio Station

Construction Permit and License, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1. Such

license is subject to prior coordination with the Society of Broadcast Engineers.

The purpose of this correspondence is to satisfy the requirement for such coordination.

An experimental deployment will be at:

14 Wall Street (20th Floor) – Please see Exhibit 2;

80 Broad Street (5th and 6th Floors) – Please see Exhibit 3; and

260 Madison Avenue (8th Floor) – Please see Exhibit 4.


We have identified those Broadcast Auxiliary Service (“BAS”) receiver locations, as

listed in Exhibit 5, which theoretically could be impacted by such deployment. The

geographical locations of such receiver locations are depicted in Exhibits 6, 7, 8, 9 and

10.


The link budget analyses, as contained in Exhibits 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, demonstrate that

there will be no harm to such receivers caused by the experimental deployment because

the interference level from the experimental transmitters is less than the thermal noise.

The preceeding notwithstanding, Mr. Gonzalo Casado of AT4 wireless, Inc. is available

to assist in the resolution of interference from the experimental deployment should such

inference occur. His phone number is (703) 657-2000.
