Law Enforcement is coordinating an assigned frequency and will normally NOT interfere with

Local Broadcasts

In the event of an emergency involving Immanent  danger to life or health

You may be told to power down

This will only happen in the event of Immanent danger to life or health

as soon as the emergency has cleared you will be advised to resume without delay

Note under normal conditions Aerial transmissions are SECONDAY to terrestrial transmissions
